Ricky and his work partner have just completed the following work on my property: - Front of the pebbledash house painted - Victorian door painted - Front wall rebuilt - Entrance hall sanded, filled and repainted - Inside walls repaired (It was only supposed to be one job!) First impressions of these lovely gents led me to hire them immediately - very approachable, trustworthy and enthusiastic about the project. They were always on time, worked hard and the jobs were completed to perfection. These are the first people who have ever done work for me, where everything was 100%. Nothing is too much hassle and they always communicated well to avoid any disputes. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone and everyone who wants something done well and right. I will certainly be saving their numbers.

I appointed RS Property Services to carry out complete kitchen refurbishment. Ricky, Ade and the team did a great job and worked very hard. Their work was neat, tidy and to a good standard. I got lots of good advice along the way. The kitchen now looks so much better than before.

Ricky recently painted my home - From the moment you meet Ricky, you know he's your guy for the job and recommended several greys that he knows. The icing on the cake was the grey Ricky recommended that turned out to be one of Dulux's greys of the year! Ricky obtained the materials, recommend the type of paint for the area such as endurance for the hallway - this was such a huge help as I wasn't really sure what I required. Ricky protected my carpets and furniture with dust sheets/plastic. Ricky also fixed a bodged broadband cable installation - the cable was badly routed, and the engineer made a hole in my wall that wasn't needed. He blended it into the wall with the colours he was painting with - the end result is the cable is no longer visible along the wall and door frame. Ricky's approach is to ensure that his customer is happy - regardless. That means Ricky will start early and finish late if required and work around my busy schedule to ensure the job is perfect. I choose the wrong shade of grey and Ricky again, said don't worry and re-painted my hallway in a different colour than originally selected. This added time to the job but for Ricky, that wasn't important, he only cared about me being happy with the finish. I was really impressed with some of Ricky's finishing skills (back rolling and laying off the woodwork to ensure a smooth and even finish so the wood looks great even in direct sunlight - something my previous decorator had failed to do.

We hired Ricky for the job as I was instantly impressed by his attention to detail before he had even got the job. He spent about an hour talking to me about the job and what needed to be done. This was refreshing from the standard in and out that other people do on a quote. He also provided us with a reasonable price, this was not a day rate and a rate for the whole job which we preferred (especially as he wasn't trying to speed through it in a few days, he really took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. Ricky was very flexible around our schedule as there was a day that we could have anyone in and he was okay to work around that. The job that Ricky completed was fantastic. He provided us with regular updates and stayed until both he was happy with the job and we were. It has been a few days since the job was complete and we are still so happy and in awe of the job that was done. We were so impressed by Ricky’s work that we have already booked him in to paint our lounge, dining room and hallways.

Really pleased with the work carried out by Ricky and Ian. Ricky responded quickly and spent a while with me to assess the work to be done, as the windows were quite rotten in places and I had a lot of questions. I felt confident he knew what he was talking about! His quote was thorough and clearly laid out. He advised me on materials and was happy to work with the paint brand I preferred, advising me on the best finish. The work was done quicker than I had anticipated and Ricky sent me pictures of the progress as I wasn't able to be there when the work was carried out. He also did extra work that we hadn't properly discussed (repainting of all concrete window surrounds as he said he preferred to do a proper job. As a result the completed effect is fantastic. Ricky was friendly, helpful and communicative and I will be using him again to do the front door next year and the internal woodwork at some point as well. Thank you!

Phenomenal workmanship”! Ricky and his team were a dream team from start to finish. Ricky is highly organised, discusses time frames and details face to face and via phone, specification details ahead of the start date. Polite, clean, working tirelessly into evenings, ahead of estimated schedule. 110% satisfaction regarding surface prep' and repair, re-doing finishes if not up to standards. Example: front door - final finish looked great, but Ricky decided it needed to be re-done - the door is now done to perfection and looks gorgeous. Exterior, walls, fascia, roof repairs, drain flushing, hallways, windows, guttering, flashing, re-pointing, etc. Have had previous refurbs' - but never to this standard! Discovered also, that Ricky will only work with skilled tradesmen that can match his high standards. If ever the need arises, I will definitely use Ricky again. I cannot recommend him enough. You will not regret hiring Ricky and his team.

Ricky was excellent. This was a tricky job because it was a little unknown the extent of work that would be needed until we started, but Ricky took it all in his stride and went out of his way to make sure it was an easy and stress-free process for us. He even came up at the weekend to make sure he could speak to the pest controllers we had to bring in and helped us manage that process when we couldn't be there. He got the work done in a very short timeframe and insisted on a walk-around to check for snags and issues at the end, so he was sure we were happy. I wouldn't hesitate in calling on him again for another job. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing a good job and making it easy for us, which is quite rare these days! Thanks Ricky!
